We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our spectacular National Gymnastics Day Olympic-Themed Training Camp on Saturday, September 20th! This event is perfect for anyone who loves gymnastics and wants to experience training like a competitive gymnast.

Why You Should Join Us:
- Olympic-Themed Training: Participants will rotate through all Olympic events in small groups, working on new skills, strength, and flexibility.
- Girls events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor)
- Boys events (Vault, High Bar, Pommels, Parallel Bars, Rings, and Floor)
- Expert Guidance: Each group will be led by an AAGI Coach and supported by members of our competitive team, who will provide demonstrations, encouragement, and detailed form corrections.
- Awards Ceremony: After the training, we'll hold a special awards ceremony from 12:00 PM to 12:20 PM. Every participant will receive a medal, event t-shirt, training certificate, and parents are welcome to take photos with their children on the podium and with our coaches and team gymnasts.
Dress Code & What to Bring:
- Dress Code: Participants must wear a leotard or tightly fitted athletic wear and have their hair up and secure. We encourage everyone to embrace the USA Olympic theme by wearing red, white, and blue!
- What to Bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated, 1 small snack in the event your athlete needs an energy boost!
What to Expect:
- 11:45-12:00 PM Arrival
- 12:00-12:15 PM Warm-up session
- 12:30 - 2:45 PM: Rotations through all four Olympic events!
- 2:45-3:10 PM: Game
- 3:10-3:30 PM: Floor Routine Show Offs!
- 3:30-4 PM: Awards ceremony
Extras:
- Each participant will receive a special National Gymnastics Day shirt and a training award certificate.
- Parents, family, and friends are welcome to stay throughout the camp or return for the awards ceremony.
This event is open to both members and non-members, so feel free to invite friends and family who might be interested!

With temperatures expected to remain above freezing until late Saturday evening, AAGI has decided to hold all Saturday classes, the Pullover Clinic, Open Gym, and scheduled parties as planned.
We understand some families may choose not to attend due to weather conditions. Make-up tokens will be issued for any students who are absent from Saturday classes.
We will continue to monitor conditions and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our families and staff. Thank you for your flexibility—we’re looking forward to a great Saturday at the gym!
