At AAGI we base our classes on each individual's skill level because we understand everyone grows at their own pace! Coaches will guide gymnasts through a variety of stations that help your child learn safe progressions of skills before mastering them on their own. Classes are 55 minutes in length that include a warm-up and 3 event rotations per class. Our classes are structured to teach kids not only new skills but confidence, discipline, and coachability that they will take with them throughout their life! If you are unsure what level best fits your child, please schedule a free skill evaluation before signing up!
