Little Ninja is a 55-minute class for ages 3-5. Students learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. Students will explore Ninja skills safely through progressions and practice.
Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through challenges, and etiquette carried inside and outside the gym. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills, progression,s and positive coaching.
Beginner Ninja is a 55-minute class. Students learn a combination of gymnastics, parkour, and strength training. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. Students will explore Ninja skills safely through progressions and practice.
This class is for ages 6 & up!
Intermediate Ninja is a 55-minute class. Students learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. Students will explore Ninja skills safely through progressions and practice!
Girls may wear leotards, shorts or leggings, and a fitted shirt. Boys may wear shorts and a t-shirt. Hair needs to be pulled back and secured for class. No chewing gum, food, or jewelry is permitted for the student's safety.
