📅 Billing Schedule

• Tuition is auto-drafted on the 1st of each month
• Payment is due by the 7th
• A $10 late fee is applied on the 8th if unpaid
  

💳 Auto-Draft Payments

• Accounts enrolled in recurring billing will be re-attempted automatically if a payment fails
• Parents will be notified of any payment issues
• Please keep payment information current to avoid fees or enrollment disruption
  

📌 Annual Registration Fee

• Charged once per year while enrolled
• Includes a complimentary AAGI t-shirt
• 3-month grace period to re-enroll without repaying if returning within the same year

📉 Unpaid Balances

• Balances unpaid for 30 days result in automatic drop on the 1st of the following month
• Tuition for the next month is still charged per the 30-day drop policy

📆 Monthly Tuition Structure

• Flat monthly rate for consistent billing
• Most months include 4 classes (some have 3 or 5; December typically has 2)

🔁 Make-Ups

• No make-ups or refunds for missed classes
• Missed classes may be made up at Open Gym using a make-up token
• Tokens expire after 90 days and require active enrollment
   

📤 Drop Policy

• 30-day notice required to drop any class
• Submit drop requests through your iClass Parent Portal
• Tuition responsibility continues through the drop date
• Stopping attendance without notice still results in 30 days of tuition
   

📧 Confirmation

• Drop requests receive email confirmation once approved
• Drop status will appear in your iClass account
